Were analysed the possibility to equip the sowing machine for experimental fields with a driving transmission of distribution devices through a Poly V type belt. Was adopted this solution because it have a simple design, an easy exploitation, adjustment and maintenance. The results of the realised tests have the role to offer notions regarding the way in which belt slipping affected the value of the distance between seeds sowed on row and variation which appear regarding the number of sowed seeds per square unit. At the end of the tests was determining the slipping coefficient of supporting wheel which drives the distribution devices. Also in this case was analysed how affect this coefficient the value of the distance between seeds on row and variations of number of sowed seeds on unit area. Was also analysed the summed influence of those two slipping coefficients on sowing precision and sowing norm. At the end of the paper are presented the drawn conclusions after analysis of the obtained data by tests and recommendations for improving of sowing precision of the studied sowing machine.listelement.badge.dso-type Item , listelement.badge.access-status Open Access , Preliminary tests regarding the operating conditions and modeling of the energy consumption for a domestic refrigerator(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2016) Roșca, Radu; Chiruță, Ciprian; Vlahidis, Virgil; Ciorap, RaduEnergy saving and resources and environment preservation are key factors for the sustainable development of our society and hence domestic appliances are also targeted for energy efficiency improvements. Because refrigerators are the largest energy consuming appliances in households due to their widespread use and continuous operation there is a need for rigorous investigations regarding the energy consumption and efficiency of these devices. In the present paper the results of experimental tests are presented; in order to predict the energy consumption of the appliance in different operating conditions (ambient temperature, load and door openings) a simplified model was developed, based on the experimental data. A statistical analysis of the model was then performed in order to evaluate the goodness-of-fit between the model and the experimental data. The tests were performed in different days (starting at 7 a.m. each day) between may, 2015, and september, 2015. As the aim was to obtain results for two different ambient temperatures (250C and 300C) there was a selection of the results in order to achieve this goal; for the selected tests the actual mean environmental temperatures were: 25.080C and 30.040C respectively. The Multi linear regression method was used in order to develop the energy consumption model. The results confirmed that refrigerator load and ambient temperature have a significant effect on the energy consumption, when there was no door opening during the test period; when door openings were taken into account the significance of the above-mentioned factors was diminished.listelement.badge.dso-type Item , listelement.badge.access-status Open Access , Land quality and productivity assessment database concerning the agricultural land of Ion Neculce commune, Iași county(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2016) Radu, Oprea; Huțanu, Cristian; Curea, Daniel; Horjan, OlegAgricultural land quality and productivity assessment relies both on soil fertility, which is undoubtedly the most important factor, and on climate, relief and hydrology factors. Soil quality is affected to a higher or lesser extent by one or more restrictions determined either by natural factors, or by agricultural and industrial anthropogenic actions, which may have a negative synergistic influence, the effect of which is a decrease in soil quality and even the abolition of its functions. This paper tackles the soil mapping surveys and the climate, relief and hydrology conditions in the Ion Neculce administrative-territorial unit, Iaşi County. From the climate point of view, the surveyed unit belongs to the temperate climate, with an average annual temperature of 9.5 oC and average annual precipitations of 502 mm, which fall unevenly. The relief is mostly hilly, the biggest area of 6108 ha is located at altitudes ranging between 100 and 200 m, whereas 114 ha at altitudes ranging between 200 and 300 m. The water system is relatively dense and belongs to the Bahluieţ river basin, a characteristic being the intermittent watercourses and the presence of temporary ponds in the depression areas. The productive capacity of the soil on the mapped area of 6338 ha is affected by surface erosion (53.35%), landslide (27.74%), gullies (1.12%), gleying (14.11%), stagnogleying (0.56%) and salinization and alkalization up to 26.25% of the surveyed area. The Ion Neculce Commune soils belong to the Cernisoils (69.45%), Antrisoils (14.04%), Protisoils (9.91%), Luvisoils (3.40%), Hydrisoils (1.92%) and Salsodisoils (1.28%) classes.listelement.badge.dso-type Item , listelement.badge.access-status Open Access , Agricultural land quality in Ion Neculce commune, Iași county(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2016) Radu, OpreaFertility is the most important soil characteristic and is defined by all its physical, chemical and biological features, which provide the plants with the necessary amounts of nutrients during their vegetation. Land generally has a natural fertility formed during the soil genesis process and an artificial fertility which is the result of human intervention, in the natural soil evolution, by breeding improvement measures. Agricultural land quality is determined by land quality and productivity assessment, according to which agricultural land in Romania is classified in five quality categories. Land quality and productivity assessment is conducted on land areas as homogeneous as possible from the viewpoint of its environmental conditions and vegetation factors. In the Ion Neculce administrative-territorial unit, the 76 simple soil units and 14 complex soil units identified, belonging to the Protisoils, Cernisoils, Luvisoils, Hydrisoils, Salsodisoils and Antrisoils classes, were included, depending on their slope and exposure, in elementary land units, which resulted in 340 simple ecologically homogeneous territories and 91 complex ones. Relying on the land quality and productivity assessment grades calculated for the 431 ecologically homogeneous territories, we decided that the surveyed land belonged to the arable use category, i.e. to II, III, IV and V quality classes. 48% of the total mapped area of 6338 ha belongs to the lower quality classes, namely IV and V, 39% to the III quality class and only 13% to the higher II quality class.listelement.badge.dso-type Item , listelement.badge.access-status Open Access , Updating of cadastral database with a view to the creation of vineyards and fruit trees(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2016) Huțanu, Cristian; Radu, Oprea; Pădure, DanFrom the necessity of re-capitalization of the potential of 32.7923 ha of study area in the Didactic Resort V. Adamachi, Farm of University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Iasi, were made topographical measurements to update the cadastral plan and cadastral database, in order to draw up projects for reestablishment of vineyards and fruit trees plantations. For a more effective management and exploitation of the potential of a vineyard and fruit trees area, it requires the establishment of Cadastral Informational System by domains of activities, because in the absence of them, the works of territory systematization can have a negative impact on the soil and the environment. In support of the reform of the fruit and wine sector from Romania, which according to the socio-economic analysis has shown that it is in a steady decline, the European Union comes through funding projects for the rehabilitation of this sector, especially wanting to protect the traditional vineyards and fruit trees areas. Cadastral databases obtained at the level of territorial-administrative units, based on the actual data in the field, can lead to achieve certain clear and accurate records, useful for both institutions managing such systems, as well as for users of these plantations. The most obvious changes have occurred in the time of re-establishing of 12.5 ha of vineyards and 3 ha of fruit tree plantations, with European funds through the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture. Practically speaking, the official introduction of a projection system relied on the hypothesis of obtaining the smallest deformations possible for the cartographic representation of angles, distances and surfaces. In this context, for the city of Iasi it resulted necessary the use of the local map projections and the official projections for Romania’s territory. The analysis of the deformations identified for the projections used between 1950-2015 in Iasi city focused on establishing the accuracy of framing the graphic and textual databases from the local projection into the official projection. The case study included the comparative analysis of linear deformations and surfaces on geodetic trapeziums and real estates registered in the land register of Iasi city. For this, the specific deformations of the following systems were identified: the local stereographic projection of Iasi; the transverse cylindrical projection, conformal, Gauss-Krüger; stereographic perspective projection, oblique, conformal, on the unique secant plan – 1970; the stereographic projection on the local secant plan of Iasi, that derived from the 1970- stereographic projection. In this context, a series of hydroameliorative systems with underground pipe drainage are taken into consideration so that afterwards the fields can be exploited as agricultural fields. The case study included the execution of detailed topographic elevations on 210 ha that included a pipe drainage system. The area was situated in the Baia-Sasca, Suceava County, hydroameliorative system. For conducting the field works there were used GPS receivers, total measuring stations and the A class network of permanent stations from the GPS-GNSS national system. After the real time processing of the on field observations it resulted the plan metric and altimetric set of elevation points. AGROMIXT SPINENI S.R.L. between 2012-2015 during its absorption of European funds of a total value of 1,755,939.69 lei. During this period, the agricultural company submitted and implemented three financing projects with the support of the European grants available for farmers in Romania. The financing projects mainly targeted the company’s machinery fleet modernization and renewal and simultaneously the increase of its production efficiency, optimization of the economic indicators etc. Through the three investments performed with European support, the agricultural company S.C. AGROMIXT SPINENI S.R.L. acquired a total number of 10 units of machinery and agricultural equipment. As it will be shown in the current analysis, these acquisitions enabled the company to increase its farming area, to diversify its range of crops entering the seed production industry, to optimize its labor costs and thus to increase its profit. The total value of the investments by the financing projects was 2,926,566.16 lei The agricultural company S.C. In the last decades it has been observed a significant increase in the number of farms that have diversified their activities by engaging in agritourism. The purpose of this paper was to identify the reasons for such diversification on the basis of specialized international literature. One individual can be determined to start a business both for reasons related opportunities as well as for reasons related to necessity. There are two categories of factors that influence the decision to start a business: "push" and "pull" factors. The authors found that the reasons for involvement in agritourism ventures encompass a complex web of both economic and social motives. The present paper aims to highlight some features of Human Resources practices at SC Comfert SRL Bacau, a company operating in three areas that have their own particularity: agriculture, trade and services. For this, it must take into account that human resources can not be isolated from the internal organization of the company, nor separated from its external environment. Human resource practices used by Comfert SRL SC are very diverse, due to the high heterogeneity of this company. Typically, managers are tempted to hire people who have a strong personal motivation and are able to perform multiple tasks. The paper aims at providing answers to questions such as: Which is the percentage covered by agriculture in Romania’s gross domestic product? As a consequence, the resizing of the agricultural holdings, the partnership between the producers, the integration of agricultural production, the rural development, the consumers’ constant request for agricultural and food products, the decrease of the deficit of commercial balance for agricultural products, the increase of the population’s life standard, the safety of the food, all these are goals that have to be under the continuous attention of the authorities at central and local level. A market economy with improved efficiency implies perfecting production methods. To perfect the planning means to correlate the necessities and possibilities of agricultural production enterprises with the company’s needs. If within the centralized economy many problems are solved through directives, provisions, laws and so on, in the case of market economy the maximum percentage of one specific culture within a certain ploughable surface cannot be imposed to the producers, due to a simple fact: it solely concerns the company’s interests. By means of indirect ground tax for each culture, one can impose the quantum of the rational surface. Sustainable development is not restricted to economic development, but is the glue between economic growth and environmental protection. Samuelson believes that "the task of saving the environment must become and will become the central organizing principle of the world after the Cold War." Therefore accounting tryies to regroup and consider systematically the facts related to the protection and restoration of the natural environment by respecting the traditional role of accounting to account the flows and risks related to natural environment in order to notify users of accounting information a true and fair view of the company. A serious problem that persists in every country is finding solutions in order to use natural resources in a sustainable way. Green accounting is based on the concept that the real assessment of a nation’s wealth should take into account the contributions of all economic sectors and their impact on degradation and natural resources use and requires both natural assets and the economic and environmental costs related to the degradation of these natural assets to be incorporated into the National system of Accounts. Green accounting considers the repercussions of not only the accounting firms' activities on the natural environment after they have already been produced, but also managing the actions taken by the company to prevent such problems. The new form of accounting has to be considered a true management tool used to improve the performance in relation to the environment, management and cost control, efficient investment in cleaner technologies, promotion of production processes and products less pollutant and is dedicated both to external users and internal management of any company. However, taking into consideration the (upward) trend in the use of these fertilizing elements in the past few years, the aim of the present study was to estimate the evolution of the average wheat yield for the west of the country, if the same growth rate of the fertilization level is maintained. The theoretical values of the average yields were obtained with a production function that indicates the correspondence between the yield and the quantities of N and of PK used. The expression of the production function is known (Q=f(N, PK)), due to previous studies on the behavior of Alex wheat in experimental conditions at BUASVMT; these conditions are considered to be representative for the West Plain, which is the reference area. In concordance with the particular data, which are specific from a physiological point of view, as well as in what the soil conditions, climate and technology are concerned, the results of the study bring useful information on the area under research, which can be used locally and regionally as well. The main judicial act was Ministers Council Order No.1279/1967, according to that act were established the following kinds of taxes and tariffs: 18 lei/1000 m3 of delivered water; a charge depending of the crops 138 lei / hectare for field cultures, 195 lei / hectare for vegetables and 814 lei / hectare for rice. That for management and maintenance of the substructure of the irrigation systems. For the maintenance of the substructures of inner-equipped area the agricultural units paid between 87 lei / hectare and 294 lei / hectare depending of the type of irrigation systems and socioeconomic kind of farm, state or cooperative farm. In all the cases the taxes and tariffs did not covered actual costs of the Services delivered by the state so that all these Services was subsidized in a proportion of 70-75%. After 1991 in the market economy systems there remains only 1 tariff by 1000 m3 of water, but depending on the pumping height step by step, and the tariff must cover integral the costs of all Services. Whereas honey production in the world was 1.3 million tons during the 2000- 2002 period, it increased by 31% reaching 1.7 million tons in 2013. China is ranked number one in the world with a share of 27%, whereas Turkey is ranked number two with a share of 6%. Turkey is followed by Argentina, Ukraine and Russia in order. When the significant honey producing countries in the world are compared with respect to their shares among the world colony existence, it can be observed that China is ranked number one with a ratio 22%, India is ranked second with a share of 14% and Turkey is ranked number three with a share of 8%. 35% of all honey produced in the world is exported. Whereas world honey export was 380 thousand tons during the 2000-2002 period, it increased by 53% reaching 583 thousand tons in 2013. China is ranked number one in the world for honey export with a share of 21% and Argentina is ranked number two with a share of 11%. Whereas Turkey is ranked number 26 in the world with a 1% share of world honey export. Low honey export in Turkey is due mostly to the fact that the majority of the produced honey is consumed domestically. When world honey import is examined, it can be observed that the USA is ranked number one with a share of 27% followed by Germany (15%). Honey consumption average per capita is 0.20 kg/year. Countries in the world with the highest honey consumption per capita are Central African Republic (3.5 kg/year), Switzerland (1.5 kg/year), Greece (1.4 kg/year) and Turkey (1.3 kg/year). The paper brings to foreground the way in which it is implemented a local strategy within LEADER axis, which involves great importance and is also effective, because the local development is community-led, which allows to the local partners (public, private, civil society) to achieve realistic local development strategies, based on the requirements and priorities of rural territory taken into study. The Romanian rural area has numerous shortcomings, these representing also the reason of disparities between urban and rural areas with all their components: rural economy, demographic potential, health, school, culture, etc. To reduce these disparities, one solution is the development and implementation of integrated development strategies by local communities, taking as a starting point the identified needs and endogenous potential of rural areas
