Economic of the informations concerning competitivity of agro-food stuffs sectors - how do global political frames influence producers
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Zeca, Ecaterina-Daniela
Problems of humanity, nowadays, but especialy in the future are linked to energy and food. To answer the need for agricultural products, water, electricity, to eliminate waste rising along with the population, will have to get answers, to the scientific issues, today unsolvable after which there will be the need for new tehnologies and logistic systems, effective industrialy speaking, apliable financialy speaking, and socialy. All must take into acount that although rise means change in quantity, development involves changes in quality, in a syncronus approach with the world around, that can satisfy present generations, but not compromising future generations posibilities. In the context of globalization, inputs regarding production, and the agricultural products flow, are varying from legislation to economic, management, engineering data, marketing, and not to be ignored to the ethical ones. To a strange irony, the new economic order is accompanied by a return to nomadry. We are contemporans to this phenomenon: factories, intelectuals, students farmers, become travelers. Everything, and everybody, are driven by the same desire to exist. The production structures, but also those destined to services, and agrocomerce are adjusting themseleves to new ranges. This remarc may be the explanation for the shortage of manpower in agriculture.

The oportunity and need of the cost - volume - profit analysis in agriculture
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Tulvinschi, Mihaela; Chiriță, Irina
Cost is in reality an interface between financial accounting and management accounting. The aim of the paper is to determine the need and opportunity of the cost - volume – profit analysis for the economic entities in the field of agriculture. Taking into account the peculiarities of agricultural production, the research is based on analysis of the following indicators: the threshold of profitability, coverage factor, the factor of balance and safety. The results of our research suggest that cost - volume – profit analysis is a necessary tool for cost forecasting as well for management cost control. The opportunity of such an analysis in the agricultural sector is justified through that it helps the managers find the best cost, in the sense of the most adequate cost for their administrative problems. The best cost for a firm isn’t necessarily the lowest, but that cost that comes at the right time. This analysis is necessary to evaluate new types of crops to plant and to undertake studies on the structure of sales.

The usage of the ethics codes is meant to solve the interest conflicts in the internal environment and in the external relationships of the company, meaning to establish the principles and the requirements which could make the managers to be more sensitive concerning the ethical problems. The ethics codes do not contain only theoretical concepts; they establish practical meaning useful for all the company members. An ethics code does not ensure automatically a moral behavior and it does not manage to solve all the problems occurred in the organization. The present study highlights the importance of implementing the ethics code in the Romanian organizations, focused mainly on a company from the business environment from Timisoara.

The project manager – an actor with multiple roles in a project
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Toader, Cosmina-Simona; Brad, I.
Whether its agriculture, industry, construction, IT or human resources, any organization that seeks to expand its business or to improve its results by launching a new product or service on the market needs a person to manage the resources so that its project reaches its goal and be successful. According to the experts opinion the project manager is a "small" general manager as a project is nothing but a business itself, but which has a start date and a completion date, dates which are established from the beginning. The project manager is the person who is not limited only to design the project, but also deals with the monitoring of its implementation. The purpose of the study is to sketch a portrait of the project manager and highlight which are the main roles in a project.

Studies regarding the optimization for crop plant farms in Brăila field
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Titianu, L.
One of the micro, the most important bridge to the agricultural potential, is the Plain of Braila. This microzone is located in the north-eastern Romanian Plain, with the neighbors to the west, north and east geographical formations nature plain and the Danube south. The climate is temperate continental with hot and dry summers and cold winters. The average annual temperature is 10.4 ° C and average rainfall - 447 mm recorded a deficit of water is 258 mm, which determines the need of irrigation. To optimize the structure of crops has made a case study of the field holding a Braila, SC Agro-Group Import-Export SRL Braila. Optimization was done using linear-programming. He developed an economic-mathematical model for one of the two bodies namely body Siliştea society, with an area of 400 hectares. Profit maximization objective function followed. After solving the resulting model a new structure different from the existing structure. Corn grain holds 37.5% of the surface, with 10% more than the old structure. Most area for maize seed is 32.5%. It also increased the area planted with winter barley seed, from 2.5% to 20%, at the expense of consumption. If winter wheat area for consumption decreased by 50%, increasing slightly the area of wheat seed. In the rape seed crops. In the culture of rape and sunflower seed, they were maintained at a constant level of 12.5%. Level economic indicators of the two structures, we show that if optimized structure, both the income and gross profits are higher than the existing version. Total income is higher by 219.14 thousand lei, and profit by 134.79 thousand lei, if optimized version. In addition, areas of different sizes allow you to create a rotation crop favorable from the technological point of view.

Compulsory home insurance: a way to diminish negative impact of natural disasters
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Șeulean, Victoria; Mateoc, T.; Mateoc Sîrb, Nicoleta
The natural catastrophes that affected Romania in the last years generated unprecedented records in what concerns the loss of human lives and significant damages at an economical level. According to the 2002 census concerning buildings, there are about 8.1 million buildings made up of 2.8 rooms (in average) in Romania and 48% of these homes are located in rural areas. In the case of an earthquake, only 12% of these buildings would not encounter any problems, while 65% may be damaged by the seism and approximately 25% are sure not to have the necessary anti-seismic protection, being repeatedly damaged by several strong earthquakes that took place on Romania’s territory. In the case of an earthquake like that of 1977, the value of the eventual loss would be around 7.5 up to 17 billion U.S. dollars, i.e. 8% to 18% of the Gross Domestic Product. Such damages could not be supported by the national budget. In these circumstances, building insurance is a more than welcomed and necessary way of reducing the negative effects of natural catastrophes.

The main economical and commercial consequences of the agrarian reform performed until 1989
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Stanciu, S.M.; Feher, Andrea
The social agrarian structure of the Romanian people at the end of the XVIII century was: on the top of the social pyramid were the boyars – who owned almost all the land of the country, then followed the serfs and a relatively small number of free peasants. The Rural Law stated that those peasants that did not receive land had to be put in possession by taking land from the State estates, which did not happen for more than 12 years. The same Rural Law had however a major disadvantage when it came to its implementation, because it lacked the topographic engineers to measure the area to be received by each peasant. Thuds, the peasant received the land as a whole. The ideological background of the 1921 agrarian reform began with the burst of the 1907 major peasant revolt. The democratic bourgeois revolution fought, on agricultural plan, for the division of the large estates considered as units of production for peasants’ exploitation, and on political plan for the elimination of large properties. At the end of the Second World War Romania still had a backward economy, with many feudal reminiscences, in spite of a rapid development of capitalism between 1918 and 1945. The industry belonged mainly to foreign capital which held almost 91,9% from the oil industry, 95% from gas and electricity industry, 74% from metallurgy, 72% from chemical industry and 70% from wood industry

Research concerning the land lease situation in Timisoara since the issue of the lease Law nr. 16/1994 to present time
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Stanciu, S.M.; Feher, Andrea
This paper focuses on almost each article studying its aspects and finally including a comparison between the Romanian system of land lease and the one from the Republic of Moldavia, Canada and several European Union states. The necessity of adopting the Lease Law nr.16/1994 appeared from the above-presented reasons and also as a cause of the lack of state interventions in agriculture. This law created the possibility for a series of Land Law beneficiaries to use all the land had in property, beneficiaries that practically could not work the agricultural land restored into their property. Although, neither the Civil Code, nor the present law defines the lease contract, it can be deduced from the art. 1 - 5 provisions that this contract is a variant of the renting contract for goods used in agricultural exploitations, fact that is actually mentioned in art. 1413 from the Civil Code, the notion being also called the renting of rural estate

Researches regarding the learning difficulties of first year students at agronomy. Metacognitive competence development
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Stanciu, Mihai; Brezuleanu, Carmen-Olguța; Mihalache, Roxana; Petrea, Elena; Boghiță, Eduard; Mihalache, Carmen
The logic competences have invaded the educational field for almost two decades and it has been part of the critical movement of the conception where the education/ formation aim of transmitting the knowledge (J.-P. Bronckart & J. Dolz, 2002, In Dolz J., Ollagnier E., Éds.). The definition of the competences can also be realized in a metaphorical manner (transfer of knowledge or stimulation of the subject’s resources at a given time) ( Perrenoud Ph., 2002, In Dolz J., Ollagnier E., Éds.). The metaphor of mobilization emphasizes the subject’s activity, which involves an assembly of complex mental operations, connected to some situations, rather transforming the knowledge, and it suggests a coordination of the multiple and heterogeneous subjects` resources, a continuous recombination of these resources (ib). Our researches join the project approved by the National Centre of Programme Management 2008-2010 (Programme 4- Partnership in foreground domains, no. 92106). We appreciate that the educational work has to count on the profound knowledge of causes, conditions and favouring factors and especially of those that prevent the improving of university education quality. If we agree with the principle of centring the teaching – education process on the student, then the deciphering the individual mechanisms of the complex process of learning represents the basis of all researches of modernizing the teaching-learning process. Due to the instruments of psycho-pedagogical investigation, through qualitative and quantitative analyses, we will be able to offer the students, the teaching and leading staff that expertise that could lead to the improvement of education quality. Also, the students will gain abilities of different techniques of intellectual work, which are so useful during the university years, as well as to their preparing for the long term learning.

Some remarks concerning the security of online transactions based on NetBill ecommerce protocol
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Spiridonică, Alexandru-Mihnea; Feraru, A. G.; Manolică, N.
The development of the Internet has a great impact on the promoting and selling of the ordinary or digital goods. It allows the creation of new online commercial schemes, which are characterized by a very fast access to economical information. All of these require exchanges of documents in digital form between several firms, organizations and/or physical persons. Besides its advantages, the transactions on the Internet leads to major security problems because the information may be available to unauthorized parties. It is necessary to develop, maintain and analyze specific security solutions dedicated to digital transactions. Thus, several e-commerce, epayment, e-auction protocols have been proposed in order to assure proper and secure transactions. The main dificulty is that the information flow on the Internet is free, without any control or censorship. Moreover, the identity of the involved partners is not always known. This implies that the information can be intercepted, modified or even deleted by dishonest users. In this paper we analyze a very important e-commerce protocol, namely NetBill, in the context of on-line transactions.

Currere – the new paradigm of curriculum post-modernity
(“Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 2009) Soare, E.
The present paper proposes the researchers preoccupied with the problem of curriculum a new vision on the field. It becomes possible by introducing a new concept – currere – capable of revolutionizing the postmodern perspectives on curriculum. The concept gains the value of a paradigm and represents a specific way of curriculum projection, realizing and development. It represents a significant moment in the theory, practice and curriculum area being known as Reconceptualism. This concept will decisively influence the curriculum paradigm as it was launched by R. Tyler. The author proposes, as a method of research in the area of curriculum paradigm, a historical perspective which uses synchronic, diachronic and hermeneutical strategies. The proposed perspective is based on ethical and epistemological arguments. The longitudinal-historical approach eliminates the excesses of those subjective modes or ideologies, making the objective reinterpretations in the area possible. This approach leads to delimiting the strong epistemic nucleus of curriculum theory, possible in the case of the present theme. Reconceptualization presupposes a reflexive attitude which tries to describe the curriculum as it is experienced and which has the capacity of testing the conceptual schemes through the experience realized by all actors of education.
